- Shipping & Delivery
- Most orders are shipped within 10 to 15 business days. Next day or second day shipping is available on in-stock items with a $7.00 surcharge in addition to our standard shipping and handling fees. If you request an exchange, standard shipping rates apply for the re-shipment. The shipping rates stated below are for deliveries within the U.S. only. All shipments to be delivered outside of the U.S., will be charged the actual postage and insurance, plus an additional $3.50 special handling charge. Our standard shipping and handling fee is $6.95 on domestic shipments, regardless of the amount of the order.

From time to time, we may survey our customers about our service performance, product selection and other information to better service your shopping needs. These surveys will consist of specific questions relating to customers' product opinions, interests, and general demographics. You are under no obligation to complete these surveys and none of this information will be shared on an individual basis.

If you are not completely satisfied with your JustUnderthings' products, we will gladly refund the entire cost of the merchandise to you, plus any taxes you may have paid, or exchange it for another selection of your choosing.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the item(s). Simply return the unworn item(s) with all packaging and labeling included, plus a copy of your sales receipt to:JUSTUNDERTHINGS
