We want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Just Underthings. If you are not happy, we will gladly refund the entire price of the merchandise to you plus any taxes you may have paid, or exchange it for another selection of your choosing.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have thirty days from the date of receipt to return the item.

Simply return the unworn item with all labeling attached and a copy of your sales receipt to:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There will be no return charge if we have shipped the wrong item or it is defective.

Shipping/Delivery

Nearly all orders are shipped within 9 to 12 business days. Next day and second day shipment is available on in stock items, however, there will be an additional $7.00 charge over our shipping and handling fee. If you request an exchange standard shipping rates will apply to the re-shipment. The shipping rate below does not apply to international shipment. International shipments will be charged whatever the actual postage and insurance is plus $3.50 handling charge.

Our standard shipping and handling fee is $6.95, regardless of the amount of the order.
